Nomin8 Recruitment
Nomin8 was started by Linda Herbst initially as an Engineering and Mining recruitment agency in South Africa. The market is under-served in these industries and with Linda's experience, there was a great opportunity.
Not long after launching, Linda found herself extremely busy. During her start-up phase, she used spreadsheets to store her candidates and phone call logs. Pretty quickly, things were becoming difficult to manage. She quickly realized that half her day was spent on tasks that could be simplified or automated.
In her previous job, Linda found that the recruitment software that she used was a bit slow but she knew it well enough. To make customizations to the software, she would often have to wait over a week. Nomin8 needed something simple and customizable to grow with their business. They were able to get going very quickly with a system that was configured to their needs. Over the next few weeks small changes were made as they realised they could improve things even more. Nomin8 has now expanded into other industries and are going strong with the help of MasterFind.
"In 2016 I left the safety of a big corporate Recruitment firm and went on my own. Everything I need to successfully run my recruitment agency is all on this one program, and it is very easy to manage and understand. My data was easily imported from an Excel spreadsheet.
I was able to customize searches and views, and given my very limited technical knowledge, I found it very easy. The best part was that I could completely trust MasterFind to partner with me and represent my company professionally to my clients.
Easy candidate searches by category, cv send and information logging, job and contact reports, client information which can be categorized by Industry or Hierarchy. All of these can be customized in simple steps. I found it so easy to navigate between cards and loved the professionalism of the design, and simplicity of execution.
A lot of competitors talk a good game, but the support staff from MasterFind really took time to guide me through the program and was always available to answer any questions. Some of my questions I am sure were stupid,but they never made me feel stupid. Quite the opposite in fact. They have enabled me, coached me and given me the confidence to do 4 times the work in the same amount of time as before, which is bringing my new business great results.
